Strategies to Implement Our Programs

We develop a robust body of evidence to inform our advocacy efforts, ensuring that our initiatives are grounded in quality (facts) and are responsive to the contextual needs of communities we serve. Our new Data & Evidence for Improved Urban Governance program (2022-2026) is an example of our commitment to evidence-based advocacy for better urbanization in Uganda.

We believe in empowering individuals and communities with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive. Our capacity-building initiatives are designed to create a knowledgeable and skilled human resource base that can drive development from within.

We are at the forefront of designing and developing innovative solutions to address complex development challenges. Our Open Data Analytics for Development initiative and e-Participation System model are examples of how we leverage technology to create impactful solutions.

We support government efforts to build sustainable infrastructure that can serve the long-term needs of communities. Our infrastructure development initiatives are aligned with our broader goals of enhancing education, healthcare, and economic sustainability.
