As the Covid-19 pandemic paralyzes the globe, the ICT virtual workspaces have become real for everyone. They are no longer a luxury, but a necessity for a global economy’s survival, maintaining social networks, worship and philanthropy work. They have also indeed proved to be a worthwhile tool for pedagogy and capacity building for education institutions and governments. These tools continue to be a worthy weapon for citizens to follow-up governments’ activities to protect their interests, including usage of public resources to find solutions for the novel Covid-19 scourge.

At ToroDev, we remain committed to advocating for the promotion of this ICT sector and calling upon policy makers and public institutions to invest in its continued growth and development, so that it can support the solving of even other unprecedented global challenges, including unemployment, poverty and hunger, discrimination and all forms of injustices.
